2016 Kentucky Derby TV schedule on NBC Sports

The 142nd Kentucky Derby takes place Saturday, May 7, from Churchill Downs in Louisville, for the first leg of horse racing’s Triple Crown (sweeping the Kentucky Derby, Preakness Stakes and Belmont Stakes). American Pharoah won last year’s race en route to winning the first Triple Crown since Affirmed accomplished the feat in 1978.
