In a pre-Thanksgiving appearance on HuffPost Live, legendary fitness guru Richard Simmons opened up about being bullied as a teen.
“When I was in high school and I’d go to the bathroom, they would put lighter fluid under the stall and then light a match to it to burn my legs," Simmons, 65, said.
Noting a number of anti-bullying organizations he's working with, Simmons added: "When a child bullies another child, that child learns that bullying from somewhere, from their family or from TV. Bullying leads to nothing.”
"God gives you the charm bracelet and you put on the charms," he concluded.
