It's 5:30 a.m. The sound of my alarm clock pierces the air as I sit up and throw the covers off, exposing the edible crime scene from the night before: granola and crackers -- two staples in my menu of midnight munchies. Luckily, it wasn't a lap full of peanut butter and Greek yogurt, like last time.
